began operations in San Juan,
Puerto Rico in October 1980 and provides complete industrial, commercial
and residential sales and rental services. It, was founded by Mr. Jaime
J. Cañellas, a licensed engineer (Lic. 6183) and real estate broker
(Lic. 92). Mr. Cañellas is a member of the College of Engineers of
Puerto Rico, The San Juan Board of Realtors, The National Association of
Realtors and The Multiple Listing Service. Our office is located in the
center of San Juan's banking district at 81 Munoz Rivera Ave., Ground Floor,
Hato Rey, Puerto Rico 00918. We are proud to have offered, for the past
20 years, the best residential, commercial and industrial properties for
sale and rent in Puerto Rico. Our experience includes exclusive residential
sales contracts for the marketing and sales of over 1,500 units in Puerto
Rico with projects ranging in price from $5 millions through $36 millions.
